Damaged Products Policy*

Byrna® launchers, Byrna Shields™, Byrna Banshees™ and Byrna launcher accessories and projectiles that are damaged or defective when received will be replaced at no charge to the customer provided that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is requested within ten (10) days of receipt and the product is shipped within five (5) days of the RMA issuance.

*This policy provides for replacement of goods that arrive damaged or defective upon inspection with new products at no cost to the customer. Defects or operational issues that arise after this period will be repaired in accordance with our standard limited factory warranty.

Change of Heart Policy

We understand that from time to time a customer has a change of heart after placing an order. Any order cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full. Returns of shipped products are accepted if Byrna is notified within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in new and unused condition. All “change of heart” returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% which will cover shipping and handling costs.

*Due to the critical nature of body armor, the Byrna Shield IIIA and Byrna Shield III+ are not eligibile for return and refund.

Prior to making any return you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number should be clearly written on the outside shipping carton. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

In the US there are restrictions that vary by state and municipality on where Byrna Launchers, Byrna Max projectiles, and Byrna Pepper projectiles can be carried or used, markings that may be required, and other issues. Each customer is responsible for checking the law in his or her own state and municipality.

The shipping restrictions set forth below apply only to direct to consumer e-commerce sales and may not apply to sales by authorized local dealers in those states.
