Since 2011, our CEO has been committed to being the best at what he does, perfecting his craft and providing security for several companies, including Broadway Services at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Hippodrome Theatre, G4S, and many more throughout the greater Baltimore area as a security officer. While serving in the United States Air Force as a Security Forces member since 2013 stateside as well as overseas, Our CEO has now established BPS, which will be serving clients in the Baltimore area by not just meeting their expectations, but exceeding them.
RIGHT TO BEAR INSURANCE ( SELF DEFENSE)
Civil Defense coverage allows you to choose your own attorney in the event you are sued after a self-defense incident.
Criminal Defense coverage provides legal support in the event you are criminally charged after a self-defense incident. (You choose your own attorney)
Multi state coverage offers you protection in 50 states. Residents of New York, New Jersey, and Washington do not qualify for our membership.
Expert Witness coverage will provide an “expert witness” to testify on your behalf.
Psychological support provides coverage for counseling sessions due to stress/trauma experienced from a self-defense incident.
Bail Bond Reimbursement provides money for bail up to $100,000.
Additional Associate Coverage extends coverage to a spouse or household partner.
Gun replacement – We will replace your gun if taken after a self-defense incident.

TRAINING
Every employee that is hired by Blackout Protective Services LLC must attend the National Law Enforcement
Academy’s Maryland Private Security Officer Course as condition of their employment.
If the employee is Armed they must complete the National Law Enforcement Academy’s Maryland 16-
hour Practical Police Pistol Course.
The National Law Enforcement Academy (NLEA) is the recognized leader in education & training for U.S. Special Police Officers, Private Security Officers, School Resource Officers, Special Conservators of the Peace, and Private Detectives. Prospective student-trainees can expect high-quality, rigorous, and comprehensive programs of study for each career field. Upon successful completion from one of our NLEA academies, the graduate will be well-prepared for a career in both public safety and the private sector.

Our Armed Security officers require a high degree of responsibility as our our officers are required to treat all customers with respect and the main job includes protecting the company or any organization from theft, vandalism and violence. Black Out Protective Services officers also protects the employer’s investment, enforces law on the property and handles all the criminal activities and various other problems.
